Woodrow Bergeron has been a CPA since 1987. Prior to that he was an Air Force officer and flew fighters for twenty years. He holds two masters degrees including a Master of Business Administration from Brenau University. His specialties include income taxes for all types of entities including individuals, corporations, partnerships and trusts. He also holds a North Carolina CPA certificate. Prior to becoming a CPA he was enrolled to practice before the IRS and is also an Enrolled Agent.

After several years in public accounting, Medora worked for small businesses, including government contracting, light manufacturing, and country clubs. Her wide range of experience in small business enabled her to perform independent consulting for the last three years. Now settled in the beautiful north Georgia mountains, she will continue to assist small business owners as part of the Bergeron and Maltby team.
